I haven't faired it or cleaned it up - this is straight off the seat: My first vacuum formed object - a carriage rail. Now to do another one.

The 'flatpack' concept is a kit build International Canoe (IC) where the mould, frames, spine, mast stump, rudder, centreboard and boom can all be purchased pre-fab from Mechar Pty Ltd (Geoff) and put together with relatively little risk.
